cBrain CSR Policies

Global Health Policy

Our people are our most valuable asset and we, therefore, work to create the best possible working environment.

Climate and Environmental Policy

Our risk of affecting the environment negatively is relatively low due to the nature of our products and services. However, we are aware of the importance of minimising our impact and contributing to raising awareness of environmentally responsible behaviour.

Human Rights Policy

We fully support and respect all parts of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Bribery and Anti-Corruption Code

We distance ourselves in all of our activities from any form of corruption. We will not be complicit in either direct or indirect corruption.

Tax Policy

We follow current tax rules in the countries cBrain is taxable to. There is no aggressive tax policy. cBrain follows an ethical attitude of being the good citizen.

Fair Labour Practices

Our point of departure is Denmark, where legal requirements for employee rights are high and the cultural context both values and demands fair treatment. This means that all of our activities and internal processes are designed to fulfil these requirements and expectations.

Data Ethics Policy

cBrain's data ethics is based on the Data Compass, which was drawn up by the expert committee set up by the government in November 2018. We administer personal data in accordance with the spirit and letter of the Personal Data Regulation.

Diversity Policy

We aim to have the highest possible degree of diversity in our organisation, as we believe the complementary competence that comes from this diversity will foster innovation and create better circumstances for sustainable decisions and solutions to be made.

Whistleblower Protection Framework

The protection framework ensures anonymity of persons who want to report breach of cBrains Code of Conduct or policies. The purpose is to ensure that misconduct is reported efficiently and swift  to the chair of the Audit Committee.
