F2 for partners
cBrain's standard software F2 has a built-in process engine that can be configured to support and automate professional processes. As part of our partner strategy, cBrain has further developed the process engine so that it can now be used by partners – either the customers themselves or external consultants.
The first tool for partners is called F2 Service Builder. F2 Service Builder is a ground-breaking new tool that enables customers and consultants to set up and maintain professional processes in F2 themselves.
F2 Service Builder simplifies the work of digitizing administrative tasks, because employees with knowledge of the business processes that are to be digitized can themselves create new case processes and self-service solutions.
This is done by the employees first entering information into a spreadsheet. Once the spreadsheet is filled in, it can be uploaded directly into F2, after which the defined case flow, self-service page and management rack will be created and installed.
By further developing and releasing a number of the tools that are currently used internally at cBrain, it is now possible for customers or external consultants to take over an increasingly large part of the implementation task - both in relation to traditional F2 Professional Solutions and F2 Climate Software.
It is thus cBrain's goal that the customers themselves - or with the help of external consultants - can take over all or parts of the tasks that cBrain currently handles in connection with the delivery and implementation of F2-based solutions.
