cBrain has, as part of its international growth plan, established a 50/50 joint venture company in Ghana in collaboration with the local Ghanaian consulting and software house Omni Strategies.
The government in Ghana prioritizes digitalization, and cBrain has been in dialogue with central authorities in Ghana for a long time. This has involved visits by delegations in Denmark, just as cBrain has met with authorities in Ghana.
In parallel with this, and based on bilateral meetings during COP27 in Egypt, cBrain could announce a cooperation agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency in Ghana in November 2022, where the goal is to draw upon Danish experience and thus accelerate climate action.
The name of the new company is cBrain Omni Ghana Limited.
Based on the new company and the collaboration with Omni Strategies, cBrain hopes to be able to contribute to the digitization of the public sector in Ghana, i.a. by drawing on the experiences that cBrain has built up through many years of cooperation with Danish authorities, and by reusing cBrain's extensive library of F2-based solutions.
The establishment of the new company substantiates that cBrain has begun the implementation of the next steps in connection with the company's international growth plan, which covers the period 2023-2025.
