In close collaboration with Danish government authorities, cBrain has designed and developed a new F2 standard module for government Artificial Intelligence.

cBrain is pleased to announce that the Tree Crop Development Authority (TCDA) in Ghana and cBrain Omni Ghana have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU covers a 6-year period, and the intention is to implement F2 as a digital platform at TCDA while helping TCDA digitize their operations and services.

Financial results for first half-year, 2023, show all-time record high revenue growth and earnings, confirming that cBrain is on track to execute the growth plan.

The preliminary results for the first half of 2023 have exceeded expectations with higher revenue growth and earnings. As a result, cBrain's full-year revenue growth guidance for 2023 is now revised and increased.

cBrain has succeeded in winning the first order in Romania. The agreement is based on a Romanian public tender, which was carried out in the spring. This is an EU-funded project under the EU's recovery plan.

cBrain is pleased to have entered into an agreement with the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR). STAR has decided to introduce F2 as a new digital platform, and the new F2 solution at STAR is expected to support well over 500 users.

cBrain has won an important tender in Aarhus Municipality. cBrain is to supply F2 for use in management services in the municipality, including management of approvals and meeting material with access from both PC, tablet and mobile.

cBrain has released the first version of F2 Service Builder. F2 Service Builder is a completely new type of tool that makes it possible for customers and consultants to set up and maintain professional processes in F2.

The new Ministry of the Interior and Health has entered into an agreement with cBrain to deliver F2 as a new digital platform in the ministry. This is cBrain’s first agreement in the healthcare field.

cBrain uses a number of self-developed tools when configuring and delivering F2 solutions such as climate software. The further development and release of these tools are decisive factors in supporting partners. cBrain expects to be able to release the first version of F2 Service Builder before the summer holidays.

cBrain has previously entered into a large framework agreement for the delivery of F2 licenses to the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund. cBrain has just been awarded a contract for the delivery of additional consulting services in connection with the continued implementation of F2.

cBrain is happy to report a good year in which the company successfully maintained a solid, organic growth and high earnings while moving to a new domicile and initiating the next steps of its international growth plan.

cBrain has, as part of its international growth plan, established a 50/50 joint venture company in Ghana in collaboration with the local Ghanaian consulting and software house Omni Strategies.

cBrain has entered into two new agreements with the Danish Energy Agency, which has chosen to use F2 as a digital grant management system in connection with the heat pump scheme and as part of the solution in connection with the new heating bill subsidy scheme.

cBain are pleased to announce that earnings are higher than the previously announced expectation. This is because revenue growth is at the upper end of the announced interval, while some budgeted costs at the end of the financial year are lower than expected.

cBrain has entered into an agreement with the Danish Immigration Service to implement F2. The new agreement means that cBrain now solves tasks for all entities under the Ministry of Immigration and Integration.

cBrain is pleased that the City of Copenhagen, following a public tender, has chosen cBrain as supplier of a new grant management system in the Culture and Leisure Administration.

Based on a good first half of the year and continued positive development, cBrain stated in connection with the quarterly announcement for Q3 that the company, as part of the company's long-term growth plan, has now advanced and begun the implementation of a number of new strategic measures.
