We are currently following the government's recommendations. The goal is to minimize the risk of infection and postpone the epidemic through isolation. The government calls for minimizing activities in Denmark as much as possible, but without stopping economic development at the same time. That the companies ensure that as many employees as possible can work from home. The government emphasizes that we must avoid throwing Denmark into an economic crisis and that the private sector will continue “business as usual” for the longest time possible.
For cBrain, this means that we try as far as possible to maintain “business as usual”, but that the company goes virtual. We have prepared ourselves for the situation to the best of our ability, and following the Prime Minister's announcement last night, we initiated our internal plan.
This means that the office in Copenhagen is open, but with minimal staffing, since most employees will work from home starting this morning.
The individual departments in cBrain reschedule their work to the new situation, continuing the work, but working virtually. At the same time, cBrain's departments will contact our customers in the near future in order to best support their continued operations, projects and other activities. This means, for example, that we will try to hold meetings, both internally and externally, but that the meetings to the greatest extent possible take place virtually.
Due to the nature of our software, and the way cBrain already works today, much of the work is already done virtually, except for physical meetings. By going virtual, we therefore hope to be able to maintain the activities, as our greatest threat is that many employees will get sick.
As part of cBrain's ISO27001 certification, we have a business preparedness plan to ensure the continued delivery of our services and business. In connection with the Corona epidemic, we have supplemented this plan, which is now activated. For those customers who would like more information about the contingency plan, please contact cBrain Customer Care.
