cBrain has entered into an agreement to supply F2 as a case and document management system to the new Danish Return Agency (Hjemrejsestyrelsen). F2 is delivered to the agency as a cloud service (Software-as-a-service), which i.a. enables fast delivery.
cBrain welcomes the new agreement. At the same time, the continued progress in Denmark is important for cBrain's exports, because the export is based on the Danish reference customers and the Danish authorities' success with digitization.
The UN has thus recently again named Denmark as the world's leading nation in E-government, in the report United Nations E-Government Survey 2020, which is the second time in a row that Denmark is placed in first place.
At the same time, cBrain has for many years built up a strong Danish reference position as a supplier to the Danish authorities. F2 originally had its breakthrough in the ministries, where the solution has today been introduced in 14 out of the 20 Danish ministries. Since then, F2 has spread to the agencies, and today more than 50 Danish authorities have introduced F2.
The continued progress in Denmark and a strong domestic market position, combined with the Danish authorities being recognized as an international leader in the digital field, thus provide cBrain with a completely unique basis for further exports of F2. It is noted in this connection that within a few years cBrain has announced agreements in Germany, the UK, France, the Emirates, and the USA.
