On April 16 cBrain informed that it had concluded its first agreement in the United Arabic Emirates (UAE) The agreement concerns delivery of a F2 based solution for a federal ministry, which supports a national task guide manager.
The delivery is moving forward according to timeline, and cBrain has now been informed that the ministry has placed another order. As for the first order, the new order concerns delivery of F2 based solution, which supports a national task guide manager, including both self-service for citizens and the internal case management.
The order is of importance to cBrain, because it supports the impression that the company is capable of executing its international growth strategy.
cBrain has focus on the public sector, but sale to the public sector normally takes a long time, in particular internationally. As part of the international growth strategy, cBrain accordingly works to establish a certain number of international markets in parallel.
For a given international market cBrain´s first objective is to find a significant customer, to whom cBrain subsequently deliveres successfully and who then agrees to become a reference customer, hereby indirectly promoting further development in that respective market. CBrain calls such customers " lighthouse customers"
cBrain is well underway into the German market, where it has succeeded in becoming supplier to a large board of the central administration. CBrain has so far won 6 orders, which is the main reason why the company, in its semi-annual accounts concludes, that the export has growned with 60 % and that the export now amounts to 11 % of the total turnover.
Based on this strategy is therefore a pleasure to announce that cBrain so shortly after the first order in the Emirates, is placing another order with the relevant authority in the Emirates. It substantiates the growth strategy of cBrain being able to locate and develop international "lighthouse customers" across several markets at the same time.
It is noted that cBrain for competitive reasons has not yet revealed the name of the German customer in question, just as cBrain has not come forward with the name of the authority in the Emirates.
It can be revealed, that cBrain, both in Germany and the Emirates, is in dialogue with two authorities in regard to two additional projects.
