F2 Digital Platform. Groundbreaking technology

With F2, we have proven what few thought possible. In close collaboration with Danish authorities, we have designed and developed a fully integrated platform that contains all the functions the authorities need for their administration. Ready for operation, without the need for either specialized programming or a lot of consulting hours.

At the same time, F2 offers a built-in process engine that can be configured without limitations to support and automate any specialist process. This applies to both small and large complex cases. End-to-end and automated, covering every step of the case process from self-service to case management, journaling and management reporting.

It is groundbreaking and shows a completely new path for public digitalization. At the same time, F2 can be delivered as a cloud service, for example hosted at Statens IT, which eliminates the work associated with operation.

Digitalisering doesent have to take long time

Public digitalization is important, but often characterized by lengthy, unmanageable and expensive IT projects. This is due to an outdated approach and technology, with most vendors still building bespoke solutions based on software components and modules that need to be customized and integrated.

The idea of viewing software as Lego bricks that can be assembled into different solutions may sound appealing. But the reality is large projects that are difficult to manage, regular delays and unforeseen budget increases.

With F2, cBrain challenges the classic approach and offers a much more efficient approach. Based on new technology and a unique implementation method that is directly based on the administration's processes, organization and data.

This saves a lot of consultant hours for both project management and implementation, which means that cBrain can deliver solutions significantly faster, with minimal risks and on time and on budget.

At the same time, the implementation method offers access to a unique experience base and best practice, which has been collected and documented through our many F2 deliveries in both Denmark and internationally.

The results speak for themselves

F2 makes it possible to avoid large IT projects and leads to solutions that are both more flexible and much easier to maintain. This has yielded measurable results in terms of happy users, savings, increased productivity and better citizen services.

A large number of Danish authorities have adopted F2 as their digital platform. Twice the Danish Digitization Award has gone to authorities based on F2 projects, and internationally, cBrain is growing rapidly with customers in Germany, the UK, France, the US and the United Arab Emirates.

But the most impressive thing is that all customers, both Danish and international, run on exactly the same platform, just using different language tables. cBrain releases one new version of F2 per year, and when a customer upgrades, which happens on average once a year, the customer is upgraded to the latest version.

This is unique and shows the power of F2. An international user club that now counts over 100 very different authorities with many different professional processes, all running on exactly the same platform and upgrading continuously.
