The solution provided by cBrain was an integrated case management system with immediate access to all case information and communication. The solution supports a number of processes, including application for maternity allowance, sick leave and GDPR.

The process made available covers all tasks from self-service forms, both from private persons and companies, to case management and filing. This offers the public authority a new and extremely effective approach to modernizing HR administration based on the reuse of standard software. It also helps the people working for the Government to systemize their workflow and give all the same process, as all cases goes through a case template and a checklist.

One fully integrated software stack with database, self-service module, user and role access control, case management, records management, communication, management reporting, audit trails and integrations to national citizen portal. Each individual process is added as a process template to the software stack, supporting a number of case types
