F2 AI Assistant is a new groundbreaking standard module in F2 for use by caseworkers and managers. This AI solution can both save time in your daily work and increase the quality of your work.

The new AI module has been developed in collaboration with and for public authorities, including the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and the Ministry of Digitalization.

The module is fully integrated into F2 and context-specific, which means that you can process the data and documents you currently have to provide you with more precise and relevant help. F2 AI Assistant uses a Large Language Model (LLM) on-premise, where data and documents never leave the F2 database and are not used to further develop other models. This ensures personal data and proper management.

Because F2 has access control on data, you can also use F2 AI Assistant without worrying about users gaining access to confidential data. F2 AI Assistant only works on the input that the user is currently working on – and therefore already has access to.
